Not necessarily, but the line is legal, not marketing. 'Robotexting' loosely means automated mass texting, which raises autodialer and consent questions under the TCPA. Compliant political texting (consent, registration, opt-out) is lawful; 'robotexting' is what it's called when it isn't.
